Sonia McKay is a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist – Master with over 20 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Facilitator, Independent Software Trainer, and Support Specialist. She has extensive expertise in delivering training and support to clients of all skill levels and diverse backgrounds.
Sonia specializes in teaching data analysis using industry-standard tools, such as Power BI and Tableau, empowering clients to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Her sessions are known for their clarity, interactivity, and real-world application.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Education and is also a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), underscoring her commitment to effective, learner-centered instruction. She lives and works in Ontario.
