She is results-oriented and pragmatic, drawing on 20+ years experience in executive positions within large Fortune 500 corporations and top-tier venture-funded startups – all of which gives her a broad perspective on the unique challenges workers and leaders face today.
Elizabeth holds an AB from Harvard University, cum laude, and an MBA from University of Virginia. In addition, she is a frequent speaker on the topic of Leadership Development and Gallup's CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder).

A practitioner who mastered AI through hands-on application, he excels at making technical platforms approachable for the modern professional. His expertise lies in the critical intersection of system governance and ethical use, helping leaders craft responsible policies that protect both the brand and empower the workforce.
